Seed for a kharif sowing has to be sitting in a distributor's godown by May. Not billed in May. Sitting in May. You are the person who makes that true for every dispatch that leaves Hisar, and the person who has to say no when a lot is on hold.

Most field and technical roles need a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Agriculture. Seed production and quality roles accept a Diploma in Agriculture with relevant experience. Warehouse and office roles accept any graduate. Every job page states the exact qualification required for that role.

Interviews can be held in Hindi. For field roles in Punjab, Punjabi is also fine. Technical questions about agronomy, seed rate, spacing and varieties matter far more than English fluency. Do not let language keep you from applying.

Yes. B.Sc. and M.Sc. Agriculture freshers are considered for technical and quality roles, and trainee positions open around the state agricultural university placement season. Each posting states its minimum experience, and roles marked from zero years are genuinely open to freshers.
A Territory Sales Officer appoints and services authorised distributors and retail counters, plans the season indent variety by variety, runs demo plots and farmer meetings, tracks liquidation counter by counter, manages outstanding recovery, and reports competitor activity from the field.
